Prof. Qabas Hassan Al-Badrani

She holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy of Public Law since 2002, specializing in Public Financial Law and Tax Law. She has held the academic title of Professor since 2013. Working at the College of Law, University of Mosul, from 1998 to 2023. She serves as the Director of the UNESCO Chair at Mosul University, leading a program focusing on countering violent extremism and promoting a culture of peace. Additionally, she has been the Editor-in-Chief of the Al-Rafidain Journal of Law (alaw.mosuljournals.com) from 2017 to 2023. With over 25 years of teaching experience, she has been engaged in both undergraduate and postgraduate education at the University of Mosul, Iraq, specializing in Public Law subjects, including Public Financial Law. She has also taken leadership and membership roles in numerous ministerial and university committees related to academic affairs, particularly in matters of scientific promotions. She has supervised numerous doctoral and master's theses in various fields of Public Law, such as Public Financial Law and Administrative Law, at the College of Law, University of Mosul, spanning from 2004 to 2023.
